Hi all

these look a good price ? Front wheel stub assemblies however i think they may be to macho for us ?

Nifty option but 27 mm axle could be tricky and that steering linkage might need adjustment to get correct Ackerman.

17mm yes a bit big I was looking for some smaller ones however not found any yet.
I do know men with lathes :D

I would be inclined to make my own with tube, bearings and 12mm hex-headed bolts.
I'm not sure that you could successfully mount that in a lathe safely and securely to turn the axle down. It might be possible, but if it is a hard steel it may snatch and pull out of true. I'm not sure I would want to be stood in front of the lathe while it was spinning. :)
