I don't think the Tadpole is a tilter. The construction video that video this points you to doesn't seem to show any tilting elements.

It tilts. It's demonstrated near the start. It's a very basic system that uses an inclined tilt axis and tiller steering. It tilts a set amount for any given steering angle irregardless of speed so going slow will make the rider want to fall off on the low side and fast the high. Only at a certain speed will the tilt be correct. No Ackerman either.

Popshot be gently with him , he only has 1 eye

This is an interesting Python trike ?

The front appears to be made from flat bar !

Also it looks to have some sort of rear suspension ?

That flat bar must be heavier than box to avoid collapsing. Simpler than box but inherently less strong for the same weight. The rear suspension looks to be a solid axle pivoting on two bolts underneath - one at each end with rubber used as the suspension units. I'd get rid of the clamp before taking that on the road.

Yes however it makes getting the clearance between the pedals/frame and front wheel so much easier ;)

Well, only one that works and even that's a dodgy as a dodgy thing. Riding and parking by braille is a skill I tell you!
