Thanks, just needed some assurance that shouldn't happen! I followed the plan (1.5" x 0.06" steel tube). But I think it maybe the frame itself or the crank mount (got a local welder shop to do that part for me) has a slight misalignment in it somewhere. Plan is to bolt a preload bar to the side of the frame to give it a permanent flex of a few degrees to offset the cranking flex)......fingers crossed.Can you post a few pics?
I have never heard of that happening, and I own legs that can really cranks hard!
What wall thickness is your tubing?
