A kind person presented me with a pair of 20" wheels, but wanted the sprockets still.
So removal time.
Measured things up and my normal removal tool was too small so do I buy one. No.....
Tested my turning, then my milling skills.
Drew something up. Printed out a test piece, 2 actually. One 30% fill for size trialing, then 100% fill as a try removal tool.
No good, plastic was not up to the job.
So on with the machining. Turning is easy just a few steps and a bore.
Had to make 2 as I forgot to make the bore suit the holding spigot on the rotary table!
Picture shows finished machined item ready for a deburr, also the 30% 3d printed test piece.

Well it worked!
Boy those sprockets were on tight. First one nearly broke my hand as it let go.
The second one had been in a cold shed and gripped on tighter. I nearly broke my arm!!
Thank god for the spinach diet!
Used a little heat and off it popped.
Thank you Stormbird for the rims, I'll bring the sprockets round soon.
