The strength of 3003 deep drawn aluminum plate is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working method is used to improve its mechanical properties: it has high plasticity in the annealed state, and is hardened during semi-cold work. Good plasticity, low plasticity during cold hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and poor machinability. Uses are mainly used for low load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability, such as mailboxes, gasoline or lubricating oil pipes, various liquid containers and other low load parts made by deep drawing, working in liquid or gaseous media: The wire is used for rivets. 3003 aluminum plate is commonly used in ships, ships, vehicle materials, automobile and aircraft plate welding parts, pressure vessels that require strict fire protection, refrigeration equipment, television towers, drilling equipment, transportation equipment, missile components, armor, etc.

3003 h24 aluminum plate is a deformed aluminum alloy that cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, because it has excellent properties such as small density drop, good plasticity, good welding performance, strong corrosion resistance, good ductility, and smooth surface.

The application of 3004 aluminum alloy strip is widely used in decoration, packaging, construction, transportation, electronics, aviation, aerospace, weapons and other industries, aluminum is used for aircraft skins, fuselage frames, etc.

This is the first spamming looser that made it in here since the new forum Launch last year, so I am leaving this here as a reminder to myself to be more vigilant about registration!

This idiot actually managed to string together a half decent English "About Me" message, but I failed to check his IP, which showed from Bangladesh. He probably pasted it from another bike forum, but from now on, I will always check IP addresses as well.

I would also like to point out that I removed his spam link to the aluminum supply website posted as it is a known credit card fraud site.

My opinion on Spammers....

We now return to our regularly scheduled programming.

My IP will show usually as USA but occasionally as UK and very occasionally as anywhere else. I use a VPN. I do so primarily to prevent my ISP and others tracking me and to occasionally watch media or access things that are geo locked. I only mention this as an IP address is not always an indication of anything other than a desire not to be monitored.

True, I also have a proxy rotator that I use sometimes, and the IPs are from anyplace on earth.

What normally keeps the boiler room morons out is the question I ask on registration to this forum...

What Bring You?

Tell me in a Paragraph or More about yourself and what you like to build.
One liners like "Google search" or "I like Bikes" won't do.
AZ is kept Spam free, and it starts here with registration!

Registration here is NOT automatic.

I vet everyone personally within a day or two.
Spammers are NOT welcome in this amazing and Creative Community.

Since most of them are fresh out of their caves, the typical response is something like...

"i build bike my friend"

At that point I check the IP, and if out of India or China, it goes straight to my exit page, where I let them know what I think of them.
If I have spare time, and they posted a spam site link, I run Low Orbit Canon on them form a very fast connection for a day or two.

If these single celled parasites continue to evolve their language centers, I will switch to something more elaborate.

"Low Orbit Canon" - Harsh but fair. Do you run a botnet for that cannon? Possibly struggling to succeed from just the one source.

If I had a bigger "Canon" I would use it! Spammers are just one of those things... worse than mosquitoes to me!
Yeah, I have some other "nerd tools" when needed, I best leave it at that!

Here is an example of one of the typical New Delhi idiots trying to register this morning...

4187

They usually choose goofy names like this one "Jonaes Storm", probably got it from some porn movie.
They then attempt to answer the "What Brings You?" field either with some laughable translation or with the limited English they know.
In this example, "New York", probably the only English words they know.
Since I ask for a paragraph, these never get through, but just for fun, I look up the IP every time.

New Delhi... yeah right!!!!!
Spam capital of planet earth, and not one legitimate member in the 20+ years of having a forum!

I love the google translations though, great for a laugh. These looooooosers have nothing but time on their hands, and probably make 1 penny per registration, so they do actually look at the site and register manually. Yeah, sadly these are not bots at all!

I will post some of the google translations next time for a laugh, but they usually sound like this...

"Sir, my joyous appreciate of the travel of the bicycle to aid my fat belly health and to prepare for the working of my hands is to be the savoir of my upmost bearing grease. to be esteemed as your partner in this membership of kin and join your cult."

Damn... wish I could throw a switch from here and send 100,000 volts down the line!
