    Flat pack Velomobile ?

Hi Zombies! I like the look of wheel pants. On airplanes, on a Velo, and on the Elio (that will never make it into production).I could see a HPV Elio. Better than 87 MPG! This box on a bike could use wheel pants, controls spray outside of the main body, turn with wheels. Jeffstuff!

    Nashville Pedal Tavern!

Hi Zombies! Returned from a short trip to visit my kids in Nashville, TN. Couldn't believe a Pedal powered bar on the streets of Nashville. you can book private parties or take a chance who'll you ride with on a public tour. About a 90 minute ride, several routes to pick from $40-45 per person...

    Wood You Build IT?

Hi Kevin! You made a statement about spider silk. You may have seen this umbrella based fairing. https://newatlas.com/hase-bikes-klimax-faired-trike/19732/ I'm not sure which way you are trying to go. Monocoque shell to support mechanicals or frame built bike/ trike covered by (possibly)...

Aircraft nut builds a velomobile ?

Hi Sir Joey! Finally! A chance to comment on your previous AZ projects. You are a very talented, prolific, skilled builder! I'm in awe of your capabilities. You want a Velo? You can build one! Do you still have the Trixter? Or the soon to be unveiled Marauder? Both would be a great frame for a...

Aircraft nut builds a velomobile ?

Hi Mr Idaho! Trike frame was built by modifying AZ plan, my guess a Warrior to start. Some major diversion from Brad's original. Probably would have been better to follow the plan more closely. Very complex body construction too. Jeffstuff!

    Wood You Build IT?

Hi All! I know this thread is about wood construction. Have you seen "stitch and glue plywood construction" usually for kayaks, canoes or small boats. could be used for velo. Panels shaped around bulkheads. No frame necessary. Joints reinforced with fiberglass tape and resin after stitches are...

    AZ inspired trike build starts!

Hi Trike Nut! Recently found Benscycle.com. They have double barrel brake levers for left or right hand $14.99 USD. Listed as long pull levers. I've seen similar units/ price on Fleabay, but they were not specified as long or short pull. Jeffstuff!

    fat delta

Hi Hugh, Looks like a good amount of cargo space and plenty attachment points for a body. Your other coroplast creations were great! Do you intend to enclose it? Jeffstuff!

    delta

Hi NOBLNG It appears to give forward traction on both rear wheels, also allowing speed differential when turning. I'm not sure of performance during snow /mud conditions. I have zero experience in trike building. Maybe Brad can shoot holes in this logic? Jeffstuff!

    fat delta

Hugh, I didn't realize you intended to use one wheel drive . Early in the build you had mentioned 2WD. Sorry on my confusion! Jeffstuff!

    fat delta

Hi Hugh, In "a shot from the back" the right rear wheel will only "ratchet" if the driven sprocket is mounted on the left (inside) side of the rear wheel. Driven sprocket needs to be right hand drive outside the frame unless specialty parts were used. Jeffstuff!

    delta

Hi Hugh! I've been looking for this stub post, from before the "Fat Delta" thread. You bought two fat bikes from Uncle Weiner. You have Two fat bike drives on rear wheels. Use the fat bike rear triangles side by side. Build a crossover drive jack shaft to power the left rear wheel (inside the...

"Atomic Zombie.com" I will probably order the bumper sticker size, cut off the...
