    hot rod golf cart

I went over every connection and have yet to figure out WHY it does not run. I measured the throttle pedal voltage and come up with .853 and 2.936. Supposed to be 1- 4 volts I ordered a new controller and hopefully get it running. The battery still reads 53 volts. I was thinking the battery was...

Been following this thread as I have same motor (only one). It was running last year before putting it in the garage. charged up battery and now it won't run? I recall you had similar issue? Keyswitch? hopefully it is something simple. In the wiring diagram sent w/ motor it shows BLACK WIRE is...

suggest using an ohm meter with switch unconnected from anything. draw a schematic showing what happens when ?? this could/should show what each wire does internally.

It finally got workable weather so back to work on my wifes "hot rod golf cart" Been designing a dashboard readout that displays SPEED, ODOMETER, BATTERY CONDITION and maybe outside temperature. here is a schematic that I need to edit but it has the basics. LIGHTED TACTIL SWITCHES FOR LIGHTS AND...

been thinking about the forwaed/reverse switch. If you can measure the switch I can include a cutout for said switch. Measure using a caliper in milimeters. I would measure my switch but I have it mounted already. As for adjusting the PA volume, A volume control could be added or perhaps buy a...

Forget the USB port as well. Tooo many things such as data to consider. If you wantjust a port for power then just a simple phono jack would do the deed. As for audio (am assuming for the sound effects of enging roaring? Just a simple amplifier and speakers

here is a begining of the dashboard printed circuit board. has 8 lighted pushbuttons, an LCD display, 8 fuse sockets and barrier strip for connecting wires to have yet to arrange parts for smallest board size to lower cost of boards. The female USB socket is $10-$15 per socket (horizontal mount...
