Warrior/Streetfox hybrid plans?

Much thanks to the contributor "river" from the builder's gallery for the photo above! Great example of what can be done............Looks like a Warrior/Streetfox hybrid? Does anyone have any more informtion on this modification? (not the round tubing so much, but the natural way the two designs were made into one sweet machine). Anyone?
