Hello everyone
,on the viking tandem, can we modify the angle between the rear fork and main frame? To make the main frame higher or lower.

You can modify anything. It's how you do it that's important. Are you wanting to make it higher or lower or even adjustable, and why do you want to do it. Once the why is known it's much easier to suggest a how.

Remember that raising or lowering the frame also affects the camber. Given the long frame the camber changes will be modest. Still, it's something to measure and be aware of in a build.
