Is anyone else building a chicken tractor?

Is anyone else building a chicken tractor? If so here did you find the specified 9' posts? Or, if necessary, affordable 10-footers chopped to 9'.
How about those 20" bike frames? The budget blows up quickly at some of the prices I've been seeing.
 
I have noticed an increase in steel prices this year. Not sure why as last year prices were lower than the last 5 years.

A fencing supply place may even have used posts, which would also be fine as long as galvanizing looks decent.
The hog panels seem about the same price.

You can certainly swap the wheels as well. Wheelbarrow, cart, utility wheels all good.
