About our plans
All of our plans are delivered as PDF files containing high resolution images and diagrams for optimal viewing and printing. They are not blueprints or CAD drawings (see our
Frequently Asked Questions).
Once you have checked out, an email will be sent to
your email address connected to your PayPal account (or the one you provide if you choose to pay with credit card instead of PayPal). This email will contain download links that will
remain valid for up to seven days.
Right click your mouse on the download link and immediately download the PDF to your computer hard drive or portable storage device.
Important: Ensure that your email address is correct and valid, or you will not be able to receive the download links containing the plan(s) in a timely manner. If you do not receive the email containing the download link(s) within 48 hours of your successful order, it is possible that your email provider's filters have incorrectly flagged the message.
Please check your email blocked/spam folder before contacting our Customer Service department. Some email service providers like Yahoo and Gmail have aggressive spam filters that inadvertently put legitimate messages in Blocked/Spam folders unless you customize the software's filtering options yourself. Please refer to your email service provider's Help/FAQs topics for instructions.
You cannot download our plans using a gaming station (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, Game Cube, Nintendo Wii). Note that some secured networks may block you from downloading the plans. For example, you may not be able to download plans from your place of employment.
PDF files open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, a program that is likely already installed on your computer. If you cannot view PDF files, download the free Acrobat Reader software.

About our parts
Shipping Information
Orders can be shipped to only one address. Ensure that the complete mailing address you provide is correct.
Orders are normally shipped within two weeks of the order date.
Why?
Ensure that the email address you provide is valid to receive shipping and tracking information (if available).
An incorrect email address will delay the processing and shipping of your order.
We may need to contact you via email if your order exceeds the allowable weight, size or value limits specified by the shipping company.
Additional shipping charges may be applied after check out. These charges are out of our control and are dictated by the shipping company.
Orders that are subject to additional charges will not be released until paid in full.
Shipping to USA
Shipments are sent Priority Mail - United States Postal Service (2-3 days).
A tracking number will be emailed to the customer when the order has shipped.
This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at
USPS's online tracking system.
Please allow at least 24 hours from the time of placing your order for the shipment to appear in USPS's tracking system.
Canada & International Shipping
Shipments are sent Priority Mail - United States Postal Services (6-10 business days).
If your order exceeds $400, we will contact you via email as there may be additional shipment charges after you checkout.
Shipping costs must be paid in full before orders will be processed and released.
Please ensure that the email address you provide is valid to avoid processing delays.
No shipments to P.O. Boxes.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
Customs Charges
Atomic Zombie® Extreme Machines is not responsible for delays or additional fess that your country may charge you. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-order and back order items
If your order contains pre-order and back order parts, as well as parts that are currently in stock, the entire order will only be shipped when all of the parts are in stock. Sorry, we cannot split orders. Your parts order will ship when all of the items are available in stock.
