The Purchaser agrees that the aforementioned and will not be held responsible or liable for any consequential, direct or indirect or special loss, injury, or accidents caused by any products that we produce, promote, and/or sell.
As a condition of purchase, receipt and/or use, the purchaser will from the date of purchase, indemnify and hold harmless Atomic Zombie® Extreme Machines, and any entity or individual ever associated with Atomic Zombie® Extreme Machines past or present, including sponsors, licensors, advertisers and suppliers and business associates, from any and all liability, causes of action, claims, demands, costs or debts of any kind or nature, incurred or arising from or out of the Purchaser’s or other’s use of the products, whether bought by the purchaser, his/her heirs, executors or assignees or by third parties.
Accordingly, Atomic Zombie® Extreme Machines expressly disclaims ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND RELATED TO PRODUCTS LIABILITY AND/OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE for the products, it being expressly understood that Atomic Zombie® Extreme Machines shall not be held liable for any claim whatsoever related to any defect, product liability or other related claims for the products produced, manufactured, sold or otherwise distributed by Atomic Zombie® Extreme Machines or any third party.

Terms of use: The products are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained.
Exclusive Obligation: The products have been designed for a specific use of applications. The products may not be used for unlawful purposes and that use is expressly prohibited under the terms and conditions of their use.
Use limitation: You may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell, any information from the ATOMIC ZOMBIE® EXTREME MACHINES website or its products.
No Warranty: The products are not warranted against any manufactured defect from date of purchase.
Guarantees: No guarantees are given or implied to product efficiency, product performance and production or improvement.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ATOMIC ZOMBIE® EXTREME MACHINES be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products.
Other Statements: ATOMIC ZOMBIE® EXTREME MACHINES employees or representatives, ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS, DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by buyer, and is not part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.
Entire Obligation: The TERM OF USE, WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER document states the entire obligation of ATOMIC ZOMBIE® EXTREME MACHINES with respect to the products.
General: This disclaimer statement is governed by the laws of Canada. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Canada, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of our products. Use of the products is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
If any part of this disclaimer is determined to be invalid, void, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effects.
